Existing safety measures
Always use a dry oven cloth or oven gloves when handling anything in an oven
Adjacent surfaces may also be very hot
Do not over fill pans to prevent pans boiling over
Do not lean over hot pans
Never heat oil in a pan on the hobs
Check that oven temperature is not set too high and always use a timer for the items in the oven
Appliances checked as part of Quarterly H&S Checks
