Existing safety measures

• CP42 obtained annually by qualified commercial Gas Safe engineer covering extraction air flows, interlocks, air quality, gas tightness etc

• The three gas appliances (The Range, The Standalone Fryer and The Boiler) are Serviced annually by manufacturers/preferred partners. CP42 notes visual inspect only on appliances. As The Boiler is a domestic unit, preferred partner issues CP12 for it

• Checks to be scheduled in the calendar

• Report gas smells immediately and switch off mains supply

• Gas is turned off every night

• New staff taught how to turn off gas during induction
